Santeina Grant is the creative force behind Santeina Events, bringing over a decade of experience in the wedding and events industry.

Her journey began with The McClurkins, where she spent over five years assisting in the planning and execution of charity weddings for couples who otherwise would not have had the opportunity to experience a wedding day. These celebrations were thoughtfully designed and executed with the same level of care and beauty as any luxury event—creating unforgettable moments for each couple.

During this time, Santeina developed a deep appreciation for the emotional significance of weddings, while strengthening her ability to be resourceful, adaptable, and solution-driven. Working within varying constraints taught her how to prioritize what truly matters, execute with intention, and create meaningful experiences regardless of scale or circumstance.

She later transitioned into the luxury hospitality space at Sandals Resorts, where she spent seven years refining her craft—mastering precision, developing an exceptional eye for detail, and coordinating and executing destination weddings for clients from around the world.
